The True Blue Horizon Service and Gateway firmware include open-source software. We are grateful to the maintainers and communities behind these projects. The components below are provided under their respective licenses, which take precedence over our Terms of Service with respect to those components.
Full per-package license text is available on request to legal@truebluehorizon.com and is bundled with each release of the Gateway firmware in a LICENSES/directory accessible from the device's local web console.

For components licensed under the GPL family, you may request the corresponding source code by emailing legal@truebluehorizon.com within three years of receipt of the firmware. We will provide a link or media reflecting the exact version shipped on your device. We charge no more than the cost of physical distribution.
Map and chart data are licensed from third parties (MapTiler, OpenSeaMap, NOAA, others). OpenSeaMap data is provided under the Open Database License (ODbL); attribution is shown in the map footer in-app.
