Beta Terms
Effective date: 14 May 2026 · Version 1.0
These Beta Terms apply to features labelled “Beta”, “Preview”, “Experimental”, “Early Access”, or similar (collectively, “Beta Features”). They supplement and, for Beta Features only, take precedence over the Terms of Service where they conflict.
1. As-Is
2. Use at Your Own Risk
Beta Features may produce unexpected output, lose or corrupt data, or interact poorly with other parts of the Service. Do not rely on Beta Features for production workloads or safety-related decisions. Maintain independent records of any Customer Data you rely on.
3. Feedback
We may ask for, and you may volunteer, feedback about Beta Features. Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service (Feedback) applies to all such feedback. We may contact you about your use of Beta Features.
4. Confidentiality
Unless we have publicly announced a Beta Feature, you must keep its existence and any non-public information about it confidential and not disclose it to third parties, write public reviews, or share screenshots, until we make the feature generally available.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to Beta Features will not exceed USD $100. The other limitations and exclusions in Section 11 of the Terms of Service continue to apply.
6. Termination
We may discontinue any Beta Feature, or your access to it, at any time without notice and without refund.
