True Blue Horizon respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”).
1. Designated Agent
True Blue Horizon, Inc. has designated the following agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement:
DMCA Agent

Attn: DMCA Agent
[Street address — Fort Lauderdale, FL]
Email: dmca@truebluehorizon.com
The Designated Agent is also registered with the US Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
2. Notice of Claimed Infringement
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URLs preferred).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actioned. Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Counter-Notice
If material you posted has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, the Southern District of Florida) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.
5. Trademark and Other IP Complaints
For non-copyright IP complaints (trademark, trade dress, right of publicity), email legal@truebluehorizon.com with the same level of detail.
